juz had home econs practical ytdy. it was okay lar. something went wrong wif my steamed fish. it should be called as steamed salt fish instead lar. someone tasted it den asked how come so salty wan den i started trying the fish and it was really oh man salty lar. >< i guess it was because i scared no taste so i kiang chiong abit added too much salt... den mdm mah was telling me at first when she tried it was nice but when she ate the middle part it was too salty but she said next time at home i steamed the fish again dun add to much salt lor as if i will ever really steam a fish again lar. but she oso said it will be nice if eaten wif rice. so it was quite a good comment i guess : / i got 17 /20. cant believe im actually cooking a fish which i have never like to eat.
