RED HOUSE WON. :)

hate the heavy rain yesterday. :/
the band memorised all the marches but couldn't play anything in the end, thanks to the rain.
only the brasses had to play the short fanfare for the arrival of the guests of honour.
after that, i spent time hiding in the music room, then in the band room and finally decided to join our house with elaine and charlyne.

after the sports carnival ended, elaine, yijia, rong xuan and i went to eat dinner together.
haha me and elaine were like saying that we see at each other's face everyday super sian.
we are from the same class, same cca, same squad, same section, same house and we take the same subject combination.
so it's hard to have a single moment without seeing each other in school.
luckily we don't play the same instruments or else we will have one more thing in common.
haha XD

i decided to update my profile since i had nothing better to do.
to my horror, i realised i forgot to change my class s3D to s4D.
haha so ya, i just changed it like a while ago.

and i decided to put up my new profile which was actually written by miss cheryl liu.
she wrote it in my ss textbook last year and i find it super funny and ridiculous.
haha :D

my sister was commenting that i seemed to be in a rather good mood today when i came home from school.
i was puzzled and asked her what made her think so.
she said because i was talking in a more relaxed tone than usual and i didn't throw any temper on her. -.-'''
haha but i thought i am supposed to be in the bad mood because i have been feeling troubled over something. :/
haiz nevermind. sometimes i just seem to give people the wrong idea about myself.

sports day tmr.
feeling quite excited about it. haha
once the band has completed its "mission" tmr, we still have to change back to our house tees and join back to our respective contingents.
although it's abit ma fan la, i guess this will be the last time i will ever get to wear my red house tee again. :)

three days ago, on the 17th of april, we had our syf central judging and we got a silver.
many broke down and i think i was just strong enough to fight back any tears.
the feeling that night was awful. i couldn't help thinking about syf, thinking about band, thinking about the results.
i tried to do abit of maths but i couldn't. i ended up doing nothing but to keep mourning and mourning and mourning.
finally i decided that the best thing i could do was to go to sleep.

three days later, i have slowly recovered from the sadness, much thanks to elaine lim motivational workshop. :D
i think it's time for us to get over it.
actually to me, i don't really have any regrets, even though i did make some mistakes here and there during that 12 mins on stage.
i enjoyed every minute of it and i thought we had already done our very best on that day, though the outcome was very disappointing.
i can remember how i had totally concentrated my eyes on ms sia throughout the whole process and how i was actually half smiling when we played merry widow the presto that part.
and the most important thing is that i could feel that ms sia and mr ong were proud of us.
after the releasing of the results, when the band stood outside SCH and shouted thanks to them and they smiled and waved back, that was the only time when i started to feel tears in my eyes. :(

anyway feel quite excited cos i have finally received the jubilate tickets today!
cos it's going to be the last jubilate concert i will ever get to perform, i am going to play my bestest and cherish every single second of it.
yay, and we must prove others that we are more than just a silver band! :)

had maths test today.
the paper was a little hard but i think i can still get a pass for it. :)
i shall spend the next three golden days catching up with schoolwork and study for tests!
haha i think i sound very eager and happy to do my work but actually, i'm not. XD

oh btw, some things to look forward to,
s.h.e will be releasing their brand new album soon!
and the new pirates of the caribbean movie's coming out, i believe?
haha okay, i'm a happy person now.

felt so sick yesterday. had flu, sore throat and headache.
woke up in the morning, went to school, came back home, slept. woke up again, went back to school for band, came home, slept. woke up, ate dinner, went back to sleep again until this morning when i woke up to get ready to go for band.
so as you can see, i slept three times yesterday and the feeling is so great for someone like me whose favourite pastime is to lie on the bed and sleep.
how i wish i could do the same thing everyday. :/

ONLY 4 MORE BAND PRACS LEFT TO SYF!!
i'm starting to feel really scared now. XS

i really feel like dying now.
chem test tmr and geog test on fri.
haven't studied finish both geog and chem.
and i have geog and maths hwk to do.
somemore out of nowhere, just suddenly pop out one zuo wen to complete which also has to be handed in tmr too.
argh, i have NO TIME!
